SIAO!!!!!i wan die liao!!!!!!!my leg si bei pain!!!!!!!!i cannot tahan liao!!!!!!!!omg!!!!!!yeaster day the head coach come train us in volleyball training then keep telling us jump like hell then now all the volleyball players now leg all pain. i siao liao!!!!!!!!!!!!!then tell us do sit up, i chiong liao sia now stomach also pain, tenn the coach challeng us stading broadjump.....lucky i never lose to the coach if not still nid do push up then i today arm also will pain!!!!!!to day i siao liao also, coz of yesterday, i walk down staircase like taking my life then i use untill stomach muscle can also die, i bend lag abit also pian like %^!T#*(@*^#@!!!! then when every sit down or stands up i will scream!!!!siao liao!!!! then this i going say abit embaress to me but i still going say!!!>>>>i go pang sai my toilet dun hav the can sit one then i squart, the feeling is like i doing a split when i cannot do one juz tat the pain comes from another part of my thigh muscles.i squart at first si bei pain!!!!omg!!!!!siao!!!!!!!!then after like 1 min not tat pain but then still the thigh very tigh!!now not tat pain liao!!yeah!!!!!!yeah!!!!!!
